Join our dynamic team as an Appointment Setter for a high-impact healthcare campaign. You’ll be connecting U.S.-based healthcare professionals—such as RNs, LPNs, and CNAs—with available PRN shifts at medical facilities using our client’s intuitive staffing platform.
As the first point of contact, your communication skills and professionalism will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely shift coverage for vital medical personnel.
- Call healthcare professionals to offer and confirm shift assignments
- Assist medical staff in navigating schedules and availability
- Provide timely follow-ups and ensure confirmed appointments
- Maintain accurate logs of interactions and shift details
- Follow all client confidentiality requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in call centers or scheduling is a plus
- Availability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Ability to follow security protocols including no-phone policies
